If you’re a parent, your first questions are always the same:
Will my child be safe? Will they be supervised? And will this experience help them grow?
This internship was created with those questions in mind.
Every part of the program — from housing, to training, to daily supervision — is engineered to ensure students are supported, protected, and set up for success.
Below are a few of the high-level roles our interns step into after finishing the internship:
Safety protocols & housing
Earnings, guarantees, and expectations
How we support students if they struggle
For most students, attending this Parent Q&A is a required step before final enrollment.
Ask leadership anything directly before your child commits. We protect the downside if you show up and do the work.
Our organization helps young adults build real-world skills through a hands-on, structured internship in direct-to-consumer home services.
Interns learn:
Communication & interpersonal skills
Emotional intelligence
Confidence with adults
Time management
Resilience & problem-solving
Sales psychology fundamentals
This isn’t theoretical learning — it’s coached, supervised, hands-on experience.
The program is run by leaders with 20+ years of combined experience and develops 500+ interns every year across the country.
Your child only works in:
Pre-approved residential areas vetted for safety and crime rate
Neighborhoods where we already have thousands of customers
Areas where teammates and leaders are always nearby
Leadership remains 5–10 minutes away at all times and checks in throughout the day.
Safety Track Record:
With over 1,300 representatives in the field last year, the program has had an extremely low rate of safety issues and no major incidents involving interns.
We can show you the actual numbers and safety stats on the Parent Q&A so you can see the data for yourself.
We have a dedicated support team and leadership on call 24/7 for medical, travel, or safety-related situations.
Interns are trained to step away, contact leadership immediately, and follow established protocols.
Parents are informed quickly and directly when needed.
Interns do not live in random apartments.
Instead, the company houses interns in extended-stay hotel suites that offer:
Free breakfast
Housekeeping
Secure facilities
Front desk support
Safe locations close to leadership
Teammates of the same gender live together, and leadership lives in the same hotel or nearby.
This setup ensures cleanliness, safety, and accountability all summer long.
Before the summer:
Online training modules
Sales coaching
Safety preparation
Leadership introduction
During the summer:
Morning training meetings
Field practice with experienced leaders
Evening coaching and debriefs
Constant supervision and check-ins
The goal is simple:
We provide structure and support; your child provides effort and attitude. When both sides do their part, the results are exceptional.
Interns typically:
Work 6–8 hours/day in the field
Work Monday–Friday + half day Saturday
Meet homeowners, explain the service, and set up accounts
There is no heavy lifting, no dangerous tasks, and no long-distance solo travel.
Interns work assigned neighborhoods alongside nearby teammates and leaders.
If they ever feel overwhelmed or uncertain, leaders adjust expectations and support them through the process.
Last year, the average first-year intern, including students who struggled or didn’t finish the summer, earned $14,000–$20,000 over the season.
For families concerned about risk, the company offers a $10,000 earnings floor, as long as interns meet the attendance, effort, and training requirements outlined in the written agreement you’ll see before they commit. If they meet the requirements and still finish below $10,000 in commissions, the company makes up the difference to $10,000
No upfront fees
No hidden charges
Bi-weekly direct deposit
Higher performers earn more
Underperformers still gain invaluable training and experience
Income is performance-based, so results ultimately depend on your child’s effort and consistency.
Parents say the biggest benefits have nothing to do with money.
Interns come home:
More confident speaking to adults
More emotionally mature
Better at managing time
Stronger under pressure
More resilient and focused
These are the types of skills that lead to better careers, stronger relationships, and long-term success in life.
Most students complete the full summer, but if circumstances change, they’re free to leave early.
They are paid for the work completed.
A support team is on-call 24/7 for medical or safety issues.
Leadership responds immediately to concerns.
If your child struggles emotionally, leaders support them, adjust expectations, and give them the space to regain confidence.
This is a supervised, guided developmental experience — not an unsupervised adventure.
Parents trust this program because:
The safety standards are high
The supervision is real
The environment is structured
The leadership is experienced
The communication is transparent
The outcomes are proven
We provide parent references so you can hear directly from families whose students completed the program.
We also host live Q&A calls specifically for parents before the summer starts, so you can ask anything directly to leadership.
This is your chance to speak with leadership directly, review the structure, and understand exactly how the summer works.
You’ll meet leadership, review expectations, learn about safety, and get every question answered before your child takes the next step.
We limit each session so parents have time for questions. If this page is live, there should be an upcoming date available
Because your child’s safety and growth matter — and this program was built with both at the center.
